Overview
This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") supplements the CronFox Terms of Service and Privacy Policy when KhutKhut Technologies (OPC) Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", or "our") processes personal data on your behalf as a data processor under applicable data protection laws (including the GDPR where applicable).
This DPA applies to business customers who use the Service and instruct us to process personal data contained in Customer Data. Contact us to execute a customized DPA if your organization requires a signed version.
Roles
- You act as the data controller (or business) for personal data you submit to the Service.
- KhutKhut Technologies (OPC) Pvt Ltd acts as the data processor, processing personal data only on your documented instructions through your use of the Service.
Subject matter and duration
Processing relates to providing task scheduling, automation, integrations, and account management as described in the Terms. Processing continues for the term of your subscription or account, plus any retention period described in the Privacy Policy.
Processor obligations
- Process personal data only on your instructions as reflected in your account configuration and these agreements.
- Ensure personnel with access are bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures.
- Assist with data subject requests where feasible, using tools in the Service or support channels.
- Notify you without undue delay of a personal data breach affecting your data, where required by law.
- Delete or return personal data upon account deletion, subject to legal retention requirements.
Subprocessors
We use infrastructure and service providers (for example cloud hosting, email, analytics when consented, and payment processing via Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record) to operate the Service. A current list is available on request at support@cronfox.com. We require subprocessors to provide comparable protection for personal data.
International transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms where required.
Audits
Upon reasonable request and subject to confidentiality, we will provide information necessary to demonstrate compliance with this DPA. Formal audits may be conducted no more than once per year with reasonable advance notice, unless required by regulators.
