Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CronFox platform at https://www.cronfox.com and related services (the "Service"). The Service is operated by KhutKhut Technologies (OPC) Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", or "our").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
CronFox provides cloud-based task scheduling, cron job management, integrations, notifications, team collaboration features, and related tools. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
Accounts and security
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account, including scheduled jobs and integrations you configure.
- You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
- Notify us promptly at support@cronfox.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any law or third-party rights.
- Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited messages through integrations or webhooks.
- Run cryptocurrency mining, denial-of-service attacks, or other abusive workloads without authorization.
- Probe, scan, or attempt to breach systems you do not own or lack permission to test.
- Upload malware or interfere with the integrity or availability of the Service.
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.
- Resell or sublicense the Service except as expressly permitted in writing.
Your content and data
You retain ownership of job configurations, scripts, webhook payloads, and other content you submit ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring Customer Data and scheduled tasks comply with applicable laws and third-party terms (including Google API policies if you use Google sign-in).
Third-party integrations
The Service may connect to third-party products. Your use of those products is governed by their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, or data handling practices.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans for the Service are sold by Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record (reseller) on behalf of CronFox. Dodo Payments processes payments, is the seller of record for those purchases, and handles applicable tax filing.
Plan details, renewals, and refunds are described at checkout (via Dodo Payments) and in your account billing settings. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law, stated by Dodo Payments at checkout, or agreed in a separate written agreement. Pricing for renewal periods may change with advance notice where practicable.
We receive subscription and entitlement status from Dodo Payments so we can provision your plan. We do not store full payment card numbers.
Availability
We strive for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, outages, and factors outside our control may affect availability. Any uptime commitments apply only if expressly agreed in a separate written SLA.
AI-assisted features
Features such as AI-generated cron expressions are provided for convenience. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use in production. We do not guarantee accuracy of AI-generated content.
Intellectual property
The Service, software, branding, and documentation are owned by KhutKhut Technologies (OPC) Pvt Ltd or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or proprietary materials except as needed to use the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting support (self-serve deletion in settings may be offered when available). We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, pose a security risk, or as required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by nature should survive will survive.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).
Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your Customer Data, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive jurisdiction for disputes shall be in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes to terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
