What a web cron is
A web cron hits an HTTP URL on a schedule from the cloud. It is not crontab curl on a VPS you patch yourself.

This page validates the URL and Unix expression and shows upcoming times. It does not request the URL. After an account, CronFox runs, logs, and retries the job.
Method, headers, timeouts
GET, POST, PUT, PATCH, and DELETE match TaskForm. Headers and body stay in a 24-hour browser draft — never in the query string. Timeouts are configured in the task dialog.
Cadence vs plans
Starter currently requires a one-hour minimum. Faster schedules stay previewable and name the plan that can host them.
