Cron syntax
Five-field Unix cron used by CronFox tasks.
Format
CronFox schedules use five fields, separated by spaces:

│ │ │ │ ┌───── day of week (0–7, Sunday = 0 or 7)

There is no leading seconds field (unlike some Quartz-style systems).
Fields

Remember plan cadence: Starter cannot schedule denser than once per hour.
